Need credit card debt help? Credit card debt negotiation is an effective way to avoid bankruptcy by wiping out credit card debt.

This program is primarily designed for people who are having financial difficulty and are either unable to complete CCC programs (over 65% of people fail to complete CCC programs), are close to filing for bankruptcy, or have experienced setbacks and are no longer able to continue making minimum payments.

Becoming financially free can take some commitment on your behalf and you must be willing to work with us to help eliminate your debts. This program has an extremely high success rate and has helped many people out of financial difficulty.

Below are listed the simple steps that need to be taken to successfully complete this program and become financially free. If you have any questions regarding this program please call us and one of our experienced consultants will be happy to help.

1. Call for a free consultation to help determine if this program is right for your particular circumstances. If you decide that this is the program that you are looking for, and you are accepted onto the negotiation program, you will need to complete some basic forms.

2. Once the required information has been returned to us and accepted you've taken your first step to being debt free. One main goal is to get you debt free. You are requested to avoid the using credit while on the program (some exceptions might apply).

3. If you receive any creditor calls, you will use a creditor call log and fax us this record. You should keep records on the calls you receive and any violations by the creditors and pass that information on to us. We will work with you on how to best handle these calls.

4. We will work with you to determine the monthly dollar amount to be set aside in a separate bank account to be used for settlements that we negotiate. These funds need to be saved every month as preparation for your settlement and not touched for any reason other than the debt settlement. You do not send these funds to us. Instead you hold onto the funds until your settlement has been reached.
